We are a student-led organization that serves as a resource for students passionate about exploring the world of real estate. Through a blend of educational initiatives, networking opportunities, and hands-on experiences, UREC aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application.

 

The club hosts a variety of events, including a speaker series with industry professionals, national career treks to explore firms, and workshops focused on technical and qualitative skill development. By fostering a collaborative environment, UREC empowers members to explore the real estate career avenues: Development, brokerage, investments, finance,  property management, and more. 

 

Through our close collaboration with the Leonard W. Wood Center for Real Estate Studies, UREC offers unparalleled access to resources, alumni networks, industry insights, and mentorship. UREC is a cornerstone of real estate education at UNC and we hope to continue positively impacting the students for years to come.
